By accessing or using the JobWizard Chrome extension, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by JobWizard Inc. ("JobWizard," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

JobWizard is an AI-powered job application copilot delivered as a Chrome browser extension. The Service helps users streamline their job search by providing features including, but not limited to:

• Automated form filling on job application websites (ATS platforms)
• AI-generated cover letters, resumes, and application responses tailored to specific job postings
• Job application tracking and management
• Resume analysis and optimization suggestions
• Job matching and salary insights

The Service relies on third-party AI models and may not always produce perfectly accurate results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submission.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. Account authentication is managed through Memberstack. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Conduct large-scale automated job applications or spam employers with unsolicited submissions
• Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity in job applications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension or its AI systems
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Abuse AI features by submitting harmful, offensive, or misleading prompts
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these usage restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by JobWizard Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you provide (such as resumes, cover letters, and application data) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant JobWizard a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. AI-generated content produced by the Service is provided for your personal use in connection with your job applications.

6. Subscription and Payment

JobWizard offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans (including the Pro plan) provide access to additional features and higher usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Authorize recurring charges on a monthly or annual billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobWizard Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to JobWizard in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. JobWizard does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, including autofill data, cover letters, or application responses. You acknowledge that job application outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. We may also notify you through the extension or via email for significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
