JobWizard requests the gmail.modify scope solely to read job-related messages and apply JobWizard/ labels — that's the only write operation we perform on your Gmail.
Never sends or modifies
Labels are the only write operation. Your messages are untouched — we never edit, archive, delete, or send email on your behalf.
Only job emails read
Sender + subject + snippet are checked first. Non-job email bodies are never read — they're filtered out before content access.
No AI training
Your Gmail data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized AI models. Period. We comply with Google's Limited Use Policy.
Disconnect anytime
Revoke from JobWizard or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. All Gmail-derived data is deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
