What we won't do with your inbox.
Auto-Forward is built so we get less data than an OAuth integration would — by design. Here's what that means in practice.
Current support Gmail forwarding — JobWizard never asks for Google OAuth or direct access to your inbox. Only messages matched by your Gmail forwarding setup reach JobWizard.
We never connect to your Gmail directly
No OAuth, no API keys, no inbox login. You forward to a dedicated JobWizard address — the same way you'd forward to any colleague — and that's all the access we ever have.
Only what you forward
Nothing reaches us unless you (or your filter rule) explicitly forward it. Personal email, newsletters, financial mail — all stay private in your inbox.
No AI training
Forwarded emails are used solely to classify your application stage and update your tracker. We never use them to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized AI models. Period.
Disconnect anytime
Delete the forwarding rule in Gmail settings. The data flow stops instantly. Existing JobWizard-stored emails can be deleted from the dashboard.

Current verification and activation support Gmail forwarding only. Outlook, Yahoo, Fastmail, Proton, and other providers are not supported by the setup flow yet.
