Hi, I'm Lucy 👋 — so glad you're here to meet the team behind JobWizard!

This photo's from CES 2025 in Vegas, where we showcased JobWizard as a startup. The wind was wild, my hair was a mess — but honestly, building a product people believe in is messy too.

We're a (half) dropout-founded team from UC Berkeley. Our CEO dropped out to go all-in, and I barely graduated — mostly thanks to NTU professors who wouldn't let me fail.

We met through a Berkeley–NTU exchange program, bonding over late nights, bubble tea, and endless rants about how broken job applications felt. Somewhere in those 2AM chats, JobWizard was born.

We believe applying shouldn't be harder than the job itself.

A Personal Note on Privacy

Hi, I'm Lucy — co-founder & COO of JobWizard, and before building this product, I was (and still am) a resume editor.

Over the past few years, I've personally revised more than 1,000 resumes — for people from all walks of life. From fresh grads with no internship experience (one of whom landed an offer at TikTok), to moms with 10+ years of work experience returning to the workforce. From world-class universities like Stanford and Cambridge, to community colleges and technical schools, I've worked with people across the entire spectrum — and helped them get offers that match their goals and potential.

And if there's one thing I've learned, it's this: Your resume is more than a document — it's your story. And protecting that story is a basic professional standard.

At JobWizard, we use your resume and job application data only for:

  • Matching you with relevant job opportunities
  • Improving your resume and answers through AI
  • Autofilling application forms via our Chrome extension

That's it.

We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers, ever.
